Who are the groups for?

Each group consists of approximately seven CEOs who lead companies with more than ten employees and who have the ambition to develop, grow, and advance their leadership.

We aim to build groups that are diverse in industry, age, gender, and cultural background.
Diversity brings new perspectives, drives development, sparks creativity, and inspires growth.

 

Program Structure

Group Sessions

We alternate between group meetings and individual sessions.
During the group meetings, each company will have a “host day” where they present their business and share specific challenges. The group then provides feedback, perspectives, and ideas.
This format is highly appreciated and often leads to new insights and breakthroughs.

 

Individual Leadership & Strategy Track

In parallel, each CEO works individually with a facilitator to:

• Assess the current situation and main challenges

• Identify and prioritize development areas

• Build a 3-year strategy for growth and leadership

• Follow up on the strategy and create a clear action plan

• Support the implementation process to achieve real, measurable results
